Week of January 18th

 


I hope you enjoyed your 3 day weekend!   

This week is a short week.
Thursday and Friday are minimum days.
They are block schedule.
Thursday are periods 3,1,5,7.   Friday is 3,2,4,6

We are still in Volleyball.
For health we are moving on to the 3 Macronutrients.

Carbohydrates, fat and protein are called macronutrients. They are the nutrients you use in the largest amounts. “Macronutrients are the nutritive components of food that the body needs for energy and to maintain the body's structure and systems,” says MD Anderson Wellness Dietitian Lindsey Wohlford.


Google Classroom for Winter trimester:
Turn in completed work each week.
When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.
Work is posted at the beginning of the week.
I will return all blank work ungraded.
Your grade will become a "1" if not completed within 2 weeks.
All Independent Study work is printed and turned into the office.
