Week of January 10th

Welcome back!  I hope you enjoyed your weekend!

Our Gym sport is still volleyball.
We will be playing games and you will be tested on your serves.
Cafe activity will vary.
Outside sport will vary also.  (If we can go outside)
Wednesday is Cardio day.

If you are absent, you still need to complete the online work.

Any questions, ask in class.
Remember to bring your charged Chromebook to class Monday.
We will continue to focus on heart rate.
Look at the previous sheet if you have any any questions on this weeks work.

"Keeping track of your heart rate can give you insight into your fitness level, heart health and emotional health, Dr. Sinha says. “Many people are walking around with a resting heart rate that is too high, due to factors such as too much caffeine, dehydration, inactivity and persistent stress."  Sutter Health

A healthy heart is a strong heart, after all. "Monitoring your resting heart rate is important because it can help provide clues about your overall heart health. For instance, a consistently high resting heart rate can be a sign that your heart isn't working as efficiently as it could be.Apr 21, 2021  Houston Methodist
