Week of November 27th

 

Welcome back to school!  I hope you had a fun and relaxing Holiday!

This week at ACMS:

There is a home basketball game Tuesday, away on Thursday.

There will be a Girls volleyball meeting Thursday at morning breaks

in the Fitness room.

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

We will start our Winter, indoor activities.

Rotation will be Gym>Cafe>Fitness room.

Our gym sport will be volleyball for all grades and Teachers.

Monday will still be Google CR day.

Wednesday is still Cardio day.

The Fitness room will also be for the Health Unit.

For our Health Unit:

7th grade starts with bones, 6th and 8th begin with Heart Rate/Cardio importance.

Turn in completed work each week.When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.Copy and paste the actual question in your Google Doc.Answer using a Google Doc, not a private comment.Work is posted at the beginning of the week.  I will return all blank work ungraded.If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet to me when work is complete.      All I.S. work is printed and turned in to the office.

Welcome back, hope everyone had a a great weekend!

This week at ACMS:

It is a 2 day school week!  Thanksgiving Holiday begins Wednesday!

This week in lifelong Fitness:

We will have Fun Days both Monday and Tuesday.

There is a Google CR question- it is super simple and quick!

I just want to make sure everyone can access Google CR.

About Google Classroom:

Turn in completed work each week.When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.Copy and paste the actual question in your Google Doc.Answer using a Google Doc, not a private comment.Work is posted at the beginning of the week.  I will return all blank work ungraded.If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet to me when work is complete.      All I.S. work is printed and turned in to the office.

Welcome back from your 3 day weekend!   I hope you had a relaxing and fun time!

The weather will be unstable this week. Be prepared to dress for cooler weather.

This week at ACMS:

There is a home basketball game Tuesday and away game on Thursday.

Trimester ends on Friday the 17th, make sure all your work is turned in!

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

Tuesday is your Muscle Action test.  Study!

Wednesday is Cardio day.

We are still in our same sports.

Welcome to school!  Hope you had a great weekend!

This week at ACMS:

There is a home basketball game on Tuesday, away on Thursday.

Friday is Veterans day, a school holiday!

Student Council meeting Wednesday.

The Cougar Pride container in the office is full!  Great Job!   We will have a 

Spirit day on Thursday!  Dress in your PJ's!

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

We are still in our same sports.

Wednesday is Cardio day.

We will finish all Fitness testing makeups this week.

Muscle action test will be the beginning of next week.
