Week of December 19

 

This will be a short week!   Then 2 weeks of Winter Holiday!

This week at ACMS:

We will have 2 Winter Holiday Spirit days!

Tuesday is festive PJ day.

Wednesday is Ugly sweater day.

Friday we begin Winter Break!  

School begins again January 9th.

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

We have the Fitness room on Monday and the BONE test!

Gym on Tuesday and we will play Volleyball games.

If you need more time for your bone test, you can finish Tuesday.

Cardio day Wednesday and Fun day Thursday.

Please take your PE clothes home at the end the week!

Always have your chromebook the first day of the week.

Turn in completed work each week.

When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.

Work is posted at the beginning of the week.

I will return all blank work ungraded.

If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet to me when work is complete.

All I.S. work is printed and turned in to the office.

Welcome back!  Hope you are not too tired from all the snow removal this weekend!

This week at ACMS:

The Winter Band concert is Tuesday evening.

Volleyball tryouts are M-Th, 2:30 to 4:15.

***UPDATE-Tryouts will be Tuesday thru Thursday.  T/Th will be until 5pm.

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

Our sport is still Volleyball.  We will be playing games this week!

We are getting ready for the bone test next week.

Look in Google CR for the list of bones and their locations.

Check out the Volleyball rules also.

This week at ACMS:

There is an away Basketball game Tuesday and Home game Thursday.

There is a Minimum day Wednesday.

The PTO sponsored Movie night is Friday.

This week In Lifelong Fitness:

Cardio Day is Wednesday.

We are still in Volleyball for the gym.

My classes begin with Cafe on Monday.

We will have our Action Test on Tuesday.  Study!

Don't forget to dress out daily!   ACMS PE shirt, correct shoes and shorts, sweats or leggings.
