Feb 23 update

Here is an update on the blog for the week.
I guess I was still on vacation when I wrote the first one!

For 6th grade - You have a homework assignment due Friday.  You need to bring 2 labels w/ingredients attached.  One healthy and one not.  You do not have to cut up your packages at home. You can copy them on a printer, take a picture and then print, or get one from an online site.
Here is one site, there are many.     http://nutritiondata.self.com/

For 7th grade - Your 4 week workout program* is due next week.  It must be a hard copy so plan ahead.  We will work on it this week also.   Your body comp test is next week also.

For 8th grade - Your program *is due as a hard copy also!  Next week!  Your test is Thursday or Monday- your choice!  We will have time in class to work it, but not a lot so get it done!

*We have been working on these for 4 weeks, so get them done!  It is your final.

I will update as needed, so keep checking back!

Have a great day!
