We are in our new sport in the gym! It is team handball. Check it out online. It is a fun and fast paced sport.
In the classroom we will:
6th grade - move on to advertising, labels and shopping
7th grade - finish body composition and work on 4 week workout final
8th grade - finish athletic nutrition and work on 4 week workout final
Rotation:
6th grade - GYM>CR>CAFE
7th grade 4th period - GYM>CR>CAFE
7th grade 5th period - GYM>CR>CR>GYM>GYM
8th grade - GYM>CR>GYM>CR>GYM
Check those grades and make sure you are happy with your choices!
Friday is the Valentine dance!
