Don't forget about Google CR!
We have gone over how to underhand serve in class.
Do you remember what a tendon is? Where is the achilles tendon?

To measure your heart rate, simply check your pulse. Place your index and third fingers on your neck to the side of your windpipe. To check your pulse at your wrist, place two fingers between the bone and the tendon over your radial artery — which is located on the thumb side of your wrist.     When you feel your pulse, count the number of beats in 15 seconds. Multiply this number by four to calculate your beats per minute.

Google Classroom for Winter trimester:
Turn in completed work each week.
When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.
Work is posted at the beginning of the week.
I will return all blank work ungraded.
Your grade will become a "1" if not completed within 2 weeks.
All Independent Study work is printed and turned into the office.
Any questions?  Email me please.

Have a fun, fit and family/friends filled winter holiday!
