week of Sept 22

Another week, another fun week at school!

We are hoping the weather clears up and we can spend some time outside.
The smoke is one thing that is hard to work around in Lifelong Fitness class.
We hope to get outside and continue our units this week.

I am still in pickleball.
Quizzes for rules and skills are this week also.  So be ready!
Basic rules (written) for all grades
Serve skill for all grades
Forehand and backhand skills for 6th graders
Strategy skill for 8th grade

If you have any questions, ask in class!

We will also continue to get ready for fitness testing, which begins soon.

We have also been studying muscles, stretches and for 8th graders - actions also.
All the muscles are here, on the blogs.
Actions for the 8th graders are below.
Muscles were in last weeks blog.
Stretches we do daily so are not here, but you can always go online and look some up!

Let's hope for a great week!

Stay happy and healthy
