This week at ACMS:
There are 2 away Volleyball games, Tuesday at Pa Wa Lu and Thursday at Eagle Valley.
There is a Student Council Meeting Wednesday at 11:09 in the Fitness room.
There is a Nordic meet on Friday at Sugar Bowl.
This week in Lifelong Fitness:
We are starting our new Sport! Team handball-see rules in Classwork section.
6th grade has their Nutrition test Thursday- See helpful hints below.
7th grade continues with 5 Fitness Components-test next week.
8th grade has their Steroids/Athletic Nutrition test Thursday-see helpful hints below.
About Google Classroom:
Turn in completed work each week.When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.Copy and paste the actual question in your Google Doc.Answer using a Google Doc, not a private comment.Work is posted at the beginning of the week. I will return all blank work ungraded.If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet to me when work is complete. All I.S. work is printed and turned in to the office.
