It is cold out there! But no problem we are playing indoor Team Handball as our gym sport!
Hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed warm!
This week at ACMS:
There is an away Volleyball game Tuesday and home game on Thursday.
There is a Nordic meet on Friday.
Thursday and Friday are both minimum days. 11:30 dismissal.
This week in Lifelong Fitness:
We begin our new sport- Team Handball!

Wednesday is still Cardio day!
Remember to fully dress out each day!
We -as a school-will be working on your Pause, Reflect and Plan handout.
This handout will help you become even more successful in class!
This will go home to your parents.
Always have your chromebook the first day of the week.
Turn in completed work each week.
When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.
Work is posted at the beginning of the week.
I will return all blank work ungraded.
If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet to me when work is complete.
All I.S. work is printed and turned in to the office.
