This week at ACMS:

Home basketball game Tuesday, away game on Thursday.

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

We will play one more day of Rugby, then switch to Zone Football.

You will be tested on how to throw a rugby ball.

Rules for football are in the Materials section of Google CR.

Tuesday will be the Stretch test.  Study!  The study guide is in the Materials section.

This test will be broken up into 2 sections-Written/Explanation and Visual.

About the test- Know how to teach someone to stretch the sternocleidomastoid, hamstring and obliques muscles.   There will one more muscle, but it is a surprise! The rest will be visual.  Study!

Google CR:

Turn in completed work each week.

When turning in work, use complete sentences and answer all questions.

Work is posted at the beginning of the week.

I will return all blank work ungraded.

Your grade will become a "1" if not completed within 2 weeks.

If on Independent Study, you must turn in your pink sheet when work is complete.

All Independent Study work is printed and turned into the office.
