Week of September 6th

Welcome back!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!

This week at ACMS:

Picture Day is Friday during your PE class.   

School I.D.'s will be handed out after you take your picture.

It is going to be a HOT week!  Please remember to stay

hydrated and bring your filled water bottle to class each day.

There is a Cross Country meet Friday at North Tahoe.

This week in Lifelong Fitness:

6th graders will have one more day of practicing to open their lockers.

Then will play Capture the Flag starting Thursday.

7th/8th graders will start playing Capture the Flag Tuesday.

And Cardio day is Wednesday!  Lucky you!

Everyone will still have a chance to purchase their PE clothes.

We will be in the gym before school.  There will also be time 

the beginning of PE class to purchase, if needed.

There will be a Google Classroom assignment this week.

Please bring your computer to class the first day of the week.

We will go over the assignment before we start our activity.

We will be reviewing/learning about muscles.

The assignment is due Thursday.
