Tuesday is Back to School Night. Make sure you give your parents
the letter you received from your homeroom teacher with your schedule.

What is happening this week:
6th grade will play Capture the Flag one more day-Monday.
Then we will begin Pickleball on Tuesday for the week.
7/8th grade will begin Pickleball on Monday for the week.

We will also go over muscles and stretches.

Tibialis anterior-shin muscle
Hip flexor-works with glutes, front of hips where legs bend
Adductor-inner thigh
Abductor-outer thigh
Sternocleidomastoid-neck muscles, each side
